What to expect
Experience a variety of dance styles to excite, inspire, and challenge your coordination in a friendly, fun environment. Zumba encourages you to simply let loose and keep moving. This class is great for everyone even if you’ve never danced before. We’ll combine low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an exhilarating dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

What to wear
Comfortable vibrant clothing that you can sweat in and shoes with very little tread that will allow you to glide across the floor. Feel free to break out those dance shoes.
