Fresh air, community, and technique tips is our promise to you in marked 2, 4, & 6 mile loop options through San Francisco’s most colorful districts. Run with the group or sprint ahead. Just do you.

Running outdoors is nourishing and one of the simplest forms of training. Whether you are training for your next race or just want to be able to run/walk a mile, this class is for you. Learn specifics about your individual technique as you move through the city. Improve your gait, posture, and breath for a more efficient run. Enjoy yourself, meet new people, and build endurance!

What you’re working

What to expect
Anticipate to get stronger and more confident with whatever goals you set; this class is built around you. You will not be pushed to do anything you don’t want to do, but instead be encouraged to be consistent and stick with your training. Learn mindfulness and make new running buddies; it’s that simple. You will have the opportunity to run speed drills and tackle hills. Each Run Club class starts with 5-10 minutes of foam roll and stretch. Train like an athlete without injury. We run rain or shine!

What to wear
Come prepared to run on varied terrains and in any weather condition. Proper running shoes a must.
