New routines start at the beginning of the month, so everyone always gets a chance to feel like a beginner and by the end, you will feel mastery. This class is built so you can drop in any time and follow along easily; don’t feel like you have to wait for the first week of the month to join in!

If you’ve ever seen a dance routine in a music video and thought to yourself, “I wish I could do that dance,” then Hot Choreo is for you! Expect to sweat, toss your hair, and shake your booty. You’ll learn choreography and repeat the moves until it feels right. This class is a high-impact, dance cardio workout to your favorite pop songs, incorporating basic dance movements delivered at a beginner/intermediate speed to all your favorite jams.

What to wear
Comfortable clothing that you can sweat in! Some ideas: cheeky booty shorts, daring crop tops, fresh leg warmers, or anything that will help you bring out the diva attitude!
