Get the most out of your time in this focused lower body workout. Glutes are the largest muscle in your body and the potential for power and strength may be untapped. Your muscles are your armor, and working the lower half of your body will help you be a better athlete. You will reduce your risk of injury, burn more calories, improve your balance, run faster and farther, relieve lower back pain, and increase range of motion. This class jam-packs a grunt-inducing series of lunges, squats, deadlifts, and explosive movement.

What you’re working

What to expect
This intense 30 minute class moves quickly. You’ll train all the muscles of torso for an effective and efficient workout. Your coach will pull from a multitude of disciplines to continually challenge the core in different ways. This is not an abs class, it’s All Core.

What to wear
Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing you can move in. Shoes are optional.
